Hair Removal Systems ..Electrolysis, Galvanic, Blend, Epli Pro and Guinot Epil Confort.

What is Electrolysis?

Electrolysis (or Epilation) is a safe, effective, progressive and permanent method of removing unwanted hair.
With the choice of 3 methods of Electrolysis available, Galvanic, Diathermy, and now Blend there is something to suit all. Treatment is ‘tailor made’ to suit YOU.
Unwanted Hair is a common problem affecting most women to varying degrees throughout their lives and prompting the use of many various temporary methods of of hair reduction or Hair Management Systems. However Electrolysis is still the only proven permanent method of hair removal and many women and indeed many men, have benefited from this tried and trusted treatment.
Electrolysis has become gentler and more comfortable, even more effective and is an affordable, modern treatment increasingly popular today.

How does Electrolysis work?

A tiny fine probe (about the size of an eyelash) is inserted into the hair follicle where a tiny burst of energy is targeted at the root of the hair. This burst of energy prevents nutrients feeding the hair and the hair becomes weaker and finer. After repeated treatments the hair is no longer able to grow and complete hair free results are confirmed. Each hair requires repeated treatment because each individual hair has it’s own growing cycle and blood supply.
During the first appointment you will have a thorough consultation to ensure that Electrolysis is suitable for you and which method of Electrolysis most suits you. You will also have a taster session and a chance to ask questions. Your therapist will then discuss your recommended treatment plan.
If you haven’t tried Electrolysis for years give it another chance-it’s changed!

What if I am not suitable for Electrolysis Treatment?

If Electrolysis is not for you the skin-care-clinic offers Epil Pro.
Epil Pro is a gentle and effective method of reducing unwanted hair progressively.
A specialised in-salon treatment Epil Pro harnesses the power of sound energy which travels precisely down the hair shaft striking and degenerating the papillary cells at the root.
